SDCC '14 Day 0 (GLHF)
This SDCC represented my 10th SDCC. So I'm very happy to have made this long because SDCC is such huge part of my life. This year is the first time where I actually get to experienced the offsite events, which is a huge plus. I'm blessed that I'm able to get to hang out with super awesome friends so that really made SDCC for me.
I mainly soloed SDCC, which enable to stay flexible and do the stuff I want. But occasionally, I will make the time for friends if it suited my schedule. It's so nice to do the stuff I want without any restrictions. I'm glad that I get to experience SDCC because it's so hard to get in.
So here it goes. Enjoy!

Rocking my Titanfall shirt. I'm happy that Lootcrate supplied with bunch of awesome t-shirts that I can wear to SDCC. It's very easy to see who's Lootcrate subscribers at SDCC based on their shirts.

Parked at Fashion Valley Center. No longer want to endure an hour long trolley ride to SDCC so I picked this location to reduce the hassle.

SDCC, we meet again.

Walking to Lobby D to pick up my badge. This process was very smooth for me. But I really wish that I can be regular attendee.

I'm now inside SDCC. So roomy. Walking towards Lobby B where I worked.

Met up with Kayla on right whose I reported to. She gave me the assignments and I do my best to carry those out.

Checking my phone.

Nice shiny banner.

So glorious.

That's Mon Jay. I know him for 20 years now. He's my co-worker in same department. We have same shifts.

Kayla on left and Tabitha is on right. So nice to see Tabitha again. Been working with Tabitha at SDCC since '11.

That's David. I think he's awesome cosplayer and genuinely good guy.

Chilling around my station.

Converse shoes rulz!

Alex is on the left. She's telling Tabitha something.

Search and rescue mission time. During this time, I ran into Audrey from math class. It was so nice to see her again. But I didn't take a picture of her because it was chaotic outside.

David and Isaiah. My fellow co-workers. So good to see them again. I can tell that they're super eager about autograph sessions.

Kenton on right. So awesome to see him again. We have running joke that I tried to add him on FB for last 3 years but this year, he finally accepted my friend request, lol.

Matt on left and Alex on right. We're heading to Subway restaurant for foods.

Building Assassin's Creed obstacle course. So awesome to have that during SDCC.

Grab foods now. This subway restaurant had 10 workers, which is just insane.

To the SDCC!

Around this time, I had a minor headache. I attributed this to extreme contrast of outside heat and freezing cold AC inside. So I texted Richie for an advice. Fortunately, he helped me out so I appreciated it a lot.

Getting in line to enter the exhibition hall. I had a list of exclusives that I want to get my friend since he wasn't able to go to SDCC. So I had money and list all ready in my hands.

I was power walking towards Mattel booth like a madman. I chose Mattel because it's popular brand, thus it will have longer line.
However, I made a critical error of going to Mattel's showroom booth first instead of Mattel's shopping booth. The friendly worker pointed out to the line for right Mattel booth and the line was so insanely long. I immediately abandoned it so I hit up NECA booth, which is nearby.

Waiting in NECA line. It wasn't too long so it's good for me. I got Ahab Predator figure for my friend. It cost less 5 bucks, which surprised me a lot.

Hit up Square Enix. I chose to gamble to go to this because I fear the long line. But the process was fairly streamlined where I can just filled out the order and pay for it then waiting for figure to come.
I was very relieved that Square Enix wasn't too difficult. But hot damn, the figure cost my buddy a 100 bucks.

Met up with Jono at Square Enix. He want me to help him getting Magic Trading Card set at Hasbro booth. Unfortunately, it was all capped out. So Jono gave me 200 bucks to pick up Magic set and Jabba figure for next morning.

Got those exclusives for my friends. I hope that they're very thrilling.

Was walking around in exhibition hall then I saw Tabitha in line for Teen Wolf at Fox booth so I just stop by to chat with her. Because I got in the way of crowd, the security guy just shove me into the line with Tabitha. I had no idea that they can push me to cut the line at their will, lol.

Fox had a really nice booth, me thinks.

Tabitha is dropping cash on Teen Wolf stuff.
Around the same time, I saw this beautiful girl so I had to tell her that she's beautiful. I managed to score a selfie with her on my phone, which is awesome.

Was tired so I elected to go home fairly easy. About an hour before exhibition hall closed. I knew that I wouldn't sleep much so I want to take advantage of this opportunity. Didn't work since I only slept 3 hours, lol.

Waiting for trolley to come.
