San Diego Comic Con '17 Day 1 (Rainmaker time!)
Since Voltron panel was being held in the morning, I had to postpone my shift to later time. Also, I had to eliminated other panel that I really want to see. But at SDCC, you have to make a serious sacrifice. Not easy thing to do.

Since I had postpone my shift, I woke up a little later so I don't have to worry about early shift. So I parked at Hazard Center.

On my way to Marriott hotel.

This is where I usually rest or eat during SDCC. More room for me to move around.

Erin really rock this cosplay so much. So happy that I got to see her again.

Time to go walk to SDCC.

Going up to 2nd floor for Voltron panel.

And I'm inside the room.

You can feel the excitement in this room.

I just shrieked like a fangirl.

Voltron panel was super awesome.

Getting out of Voltron panel and dealing with this crowd. It's madness.

Checking in for my assignment, which is Ballroom 20.

Acting as a gatekeeper for Ballroom 20.

Poor my legs.

Inside Ballroom 20.

That T-rex looks so sharp.

And my shift is over. I'm stunned that people will try to cheat to get into Ballroom 20. It's so unreal.

Met up with Tony and his mother. Haven't seen them in long time.

Peter is looking awesome in that cosplay.

Walking to Indigo ballroom. First..... I must deal with pesky crowd.

That can't be cheap to advertise it.

Haven't came here in several years so it feels weird to be back here.

Inside Indigo ballroom. Very nice room.

Getting ready for Classic Doctor Who panel with Sara.

5th and 6th Doctor with Ace. So awesome! They're here to promoting BritBox, which is interesting.

My friend Sara got to asked Ace a question since Sara is really big fan of her. So neat.

Sophie Allred, whose played Ace, is answering Sara's question.

On my way to Marriott hotel, I ran into Ryan. He's good guy.

Hard to rest here when there's so many people around.

Going to Lost in Translation panel. I've always like this panel a lot so I go to this panel every year at SDCC.

The panelists of Lost in Translation. They're talking about translation process for anime and manga.

I got to ask them a question. They really like my question a lot. Basically, I asked if there's bias in their translation, due to their beliefs or context. They took about 10 minutes answering my question, which is awesome.

Went inside 6BCF room for Dr. Horrible's screening. It was right next to Lost in Translation's room so I don't have to walk long.

Time for Dr. Horrible's screening!

Dr. Horrible's fans are very excited.

Costume contest. Always fun but I noticed that there's fewer cosplayers this year. I may participate in the contest next year.

Dr. Horrible! Always fun to watch it with other fans.

After the screening of Dr. Horrible, they showed the unofficial sequel of Dr. Horrible. I thought it was interesting interpretation. However, it lacks Whedon touch.

After Dr. Horrible's screening, I went home since I had early shift next day.
Pretty good day. It was awesome to see Sara goes super fangirl when she saw Ace.
