SDCA: Horrorific Friday the 13th at BOOmers!

After ALA '12, I had suffered a severe case of post-con depression, which took me a good while to recovering. I was struggling to function and had long sleeping sessions, which would cause me to see stuff very weird. But I never regret about going to ALA '12 because it is truly an extraordinary experience and I will always cherish it forever.

I interact with Andrea a lot online so it was really cool. However, my friends, Ino and Natalie, seems to be so smitten with her so it is hard for me to get a word in but it's okay. I think it's remarkable how we all click so well with Andrea so it means that our experience at ALA is really good.

I'm glad that the president of SDCA set up the gathering so it ease my post-con depression so it will be fun times for me and my friends. It's a chance to bond with my friends whose truly care a lot about me so we all can make good memories that we all can cherish forever.

I had arrive at Boomers at 4:30 pm and Emily was there so we chat for a little bit. She's very pretty girl and she said that she's cosplaying from Touhou game so I may have to try it sometimes.

Photobucket

Then Mark and Rita show up. I got glomped by Mark, lol.

Photobucket

David appear and chill with us.

Photobucket

Just chill together, waiting for other cosplayers to show up.

Photobucket

Aww, magnificent couple that they are.

Photobucket

Posing with surfboard.

Photobucket

Wesker with surfboard.

Photobucket

Miles finally show up.

Photobucket

And the president of SDCA has pop up at last!

Photobucket

Me with Ariel. This is her final gathering here so it is very sad. I'm glad that we got to hang out together at previous gatherings and I genuinely think that she's very cool girl. It is very unfortunate that the circumstances haven't been favor to her. I hope that she will cherish the memories that we create together.

Photobucket

"Marilynn, lemme hug you now."

Photobucket

Pair of badasses about to pwn the noobs.

Photobucket

Chilling on the stairs.

Photobucket

Hurray for the wristbands!

Photobucket

Everybody is lining up to buy their wristbands.

Photobucket

Then ghost Tony pop up.

Photobucket

We went on bumper boats, which was insanely fun and wet. There was this girl named Kimmy whose would spray everybody with water in sight. Luckily, her water gun was long range so she couldn't counter me everytime I get close to her and use my short range water gun. :DDD It was truly fun times.

Photobucket

As you can see, David and I are very wet from the bumper boats.

Photobucket

Wow, go carts!

Photobucket

"Emily, look at those awesome go carts!"

Photobucket

"MG, I'm going to drifting like madman."

Photobucket

"Drifting with extreme prejudice!"

Photobucket

I drove the go cart and it was so much fun for me. I was slightly conservative driver at first but when I learn how to handle the turns without relying on brake, I was able to do very well on track. I thought I did very well for my first time so I'm very happy about it.

Photobucket

Everybody is going in for the snack while some of us are in line for rock climbing.

Photobucket

Watching Stan pwned the rock climbing.

Photobucket

Rita did very well on the rock climbing.

When Mark and I attempted the rock climbing, we suddenly had an issue because it is impossible for us to grip on the rock wall. I saw that Mark had fell off and was concern for his safety. Then I made an error so I fell off so I went back on. When Mark and I reach the mid point, we look at each other and decide to surrender at that moment so we fall off.

I told him that we tried our best and we have nothing to be ashamed of since it's our first time on rock climbing. I commented that I thought we did very well on our first attempt but we will pwn it in near future. It was truly humbling experience for me.

Photobucket

Meeting up with folks in cafe.

Photobucket

Enjoying the pretzel.

Photobucket

Then we decide to hit up the go cart again.

Photobucket

Aww, don't they look so adorable together? :D

Photobucket

"Oh yeah, I'm going to drifting with extreme prejudice."

Photobucket

Go cart time!

When I drove on the track, there were 2 teenage boys whose were very reckless that would bump in everybody, thus endanger everybody's safety. I tried my best to control and warn everybody in sight to stay safe. It was not fun experience but when I saw the opening, I burst forward between them and drove like madman, relying on my insane turning skills.

It was pretty arduous experience but I'm glad that the staff recognized that and they prompt removed the wristbands from those immature adolescents. Tony told me that they got escorted out of the Boomers, much to my relief.

Photobucket

Let's play miniature golf course!

Photobucket

It was funny to see how people hit the balls but kept missing the hole.

Photobucket

I scored the hole in one at this one so I'm very happy. I slightly hit the ball bit hard to ensure that the ball would go down in that building but I was shocked that it went straight into the hole.

Photobucket

I realy enjoy the experience here at golf course, which is very neat.

Photobucket

Then Rita had to leave for home so we hit the balls like madman.

It was amazing time at Boomers and I'm glad that lot of folks came so we can have good times together.

Photobucket

Leaving the Boomers. :(

Took Rita home in Chula Vista then Mark and I went up the Brians in Hillcrest.

Photobucket

Having a sip of soda.

Photobucket

Hmm, water.

Photobucket

Mark's meal, which is stacked at double burger. It is insane, I have to say.

Photobucket

My meal, which is the standard but I was wondering if Mark can even complete his.

Photobucket

"Oh man, I'm having a doubt."

Photobucket

"Bloody hell, I'm so full!"

Photobucket

"Few more bites to go, man."

Photobucket

"I just unbuckled my belt and vest, dammit."

Photobucket
Photobucket

"Soooooo close to finish whole thing, damn it!" :(

I'm truly grateful that I got to experience such wonderful day with great people. I'm glad to have them in my life because I get to create a lot of wonderful memories with them so I sincerely value them very high. It was surreal and fun day, that is for sure. :DDD

Nothing like good times with good quality folks. :)
