SDCC '14 Day 3 (Jungle time)

Getting up at 4 am is very absurd, me thinks.



Kicking it back on the trolley.



It's crazy at how freezing cold it is inside. But I kept warming by moving around a lot. I didn't want to bring extra jacket/hoodie since it would weigh me down.

Since I had an hour left on shift and I wasn't doing anything, I was released from my duty but I need to go back within an hour to check in.



Walked to Marriott hotel to reach this area.



Cat nap time. It's hard to operate on 3 hours of sleep every night.

Met up with the guy on right. His name is Chris and he post a message on Reddit about his booth. So I came and had a good conversation with him. It was cool. I bought his new book, which he personalized for me. I shall cherish that book.

Natalie and I had a good conversation about various things. It was so nice to hanging out with her again.



Run into exhibition hall to meet this guy named Theo. He's cosplaying as Goku from Dragonballz. He and I spoke on Twitter for 2 years now but we kept missing each other at various cons so it was nice to meet him in person.

Met up with Hunter in secret staff room.

I had no idea that this room exists at all. This room has a lot of free foods and drinks. Obviously, I was very excited so I grab couple of red velvet cupcakes and sprite for my sugar fix. Also, this picture is only one I took in that room. It was so surreal to see CEO of SDCC in same room but he looks like he's so super exhausted. Poor guy.

For future SDCCs, I think I may use this room as my main base instead of Lobby B.

I see Mike and Heather. So I went over there to chill with them for a bit.



I see Alex, Veve, and some other girl. I finally scored the selfie with Alex. He told me that he had to endure long line for exclusive items, which is crazy. I commented that the booths need better system. He agreed with me.
